  • High speed blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Oil of your choice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Citric acid available at bulk or health food stores

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Blend in high speed blender at high speed for 2 minutes. Mixture might warm up during blending.
  • Chill and serve.
