Vegan sour cream
creamy and tangy vegan sour cream
Equipment
- High speed blender
- Measuring cups and spoons
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Oil of your choice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Citric acid available at bulk or health food stores
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Blend in high speed blender at high speed for 2 minutes. Mixture might warm up during blending.
- Chill and serve.
